We are beyond pleased with this amazing groomer! We have a rescue dog that was starting to look a little homeless with... all the fly away wirey hairs. We were nervous our baby would loose his charm and character after being groomed. But, LINDSAY did an absolutely phenomenal job! She took the time prior to grooming him to talk to us and make us feel at ease. She completely understood what we wanted and that we loved some aspects of his hair like his beard and Mohawk! She made sure our nervous puppy warmed up to her too before bringing him to the truck. He came out beyond our expectations! The rainbow bow tie and purple nails were the icing on the cake! Today was my first time using mobile grooming and I’m never going to look back! I haven’t gotten my little girl a... cut since December because she was so terrified to go to the groomer- would pee and poop uncontrollably and hold onto me like a baby who doesn’t want to leave their mom and after her appt would mope around all day- but today- was a whole different story...she felt soo comfortable she went right into their arms and into the truck and when she got out her tail was wagging with a smile on and now she has been running around playing all day! Outstanding service, highly recommended. Julie M. came today to work on my 4 1/2 year old Border Collie, Darla. Darla... is a sweet kid but very nervous.She can get pretty aggressive. I warned Julie and her assistant but they assured me that they could handle her. And they did! She had nails, pads, ears and anal glands done along with a haircut and bath. The Ruff Life crew kept her calm and positive and kept themselves safe. Darla looks and smells wonderful and is very happy. I definitely recommend Ruff Life and while I am sure all of their employees are great, I can definitely tell you Julie is a pro's pro. I really don't post many 5 star reviews, but his one is easy. From the first call to inquire about the service... to... the minute my dog got out of the van... this was a perfect experience.
I initially called and spoke with Chris about our 10 year old lab mix. Both her back legs are sore, and going to her long time groomer (who was great) seemed like more than she should go through anymore. He explained the service, and his passion about it was easy to hear.
When i called back a few weeks later to make an appointment, it was easy to get a time that worked for us. We immediately got confirmation by message and email. The day of the appointment, Emily called that they were running early... and was it OK to move our appointment up? There was no pressure to do so, but that worked for us, so we did.
We met Julie when they arrived, and she was so sweet to Georgia. We walked her out to the van (so clean and modern), and had a little apprehension on Georgia's part to get in. The girls were kind and patient, and Julie eventually helped her in.
30 minutes later, Georgia popped out smiling... wagging her tail... and looking amazing. They did a great job and we'll be using them again!
Sure, a mobile service is a little more expensive than heading to brick and mortar location, but the time and convenience was well worth it!read more

It took longer to get my fat scardey cat into the carrier than it did for Emily to fully shave her. I’m so impressed... that she calmed her so quickly. They even sent me a video from inside the van of my kitty just sitting there, enjoying being groomed. She has some special touch. I’ve already recommended her to a handful of friends. I booked an appointment online today, hoping for a spot tomorrow or next week. Emily called me a few hours later and... let me know about a cancellation and that she could fit my dog, Shadow (50lb Lab/Setter/?? mutt), in this afternoon. Well, Emily came and did a wonderful job. Ruff Life is amazing. We have 4 cats, but our youngest is a 25lb. massive and powerful cat. He is very loving and... sweet, but if he is held down, he is completely unmanageable. He is way too strong and impossible to hold-down. Emily is amazing. She spent 30 minutes with him and he came out a new cat. I have brought my American Eskimo Pookie to several groomers and I have not been happy with their... services but when I was researching groomers, I wanted a mobile groomer since my dog is 17 years old. I was im,pressed with the first phone call. Chris who handles the phone calls was extremely nice and answered all of my questions and understood my concerns was super friendly. My dog gets nervous and shakes with people she does not know and wanted to make sure my dog Pookie was in good hands and she certainly was. I could not be happier. Emily is an AMAZING person who loves what she does and does a FANTASTIC job. Plus my dog did not shake and enjoyed your pampering experience. My Pookie looked like a show dog, I loved her haircut and Pookie was so happy and wagging her tail when Emily was done. I think my dog found a new best friend. Here's my deal.. I have a long haired cat with a heart condition that panics in the car and another cat that has been... put in choke holds by vets just to get his nails cut. Both situations are stressful for them as much as me. I decided to look into mobile grooming to limit some of the stress by eliminating the travel aspect. This was perfect. She did a great job shaving all the bits that give my long haired guy difficulty cleaning , without taking away the beauty of his coat, and somehow managed to get my 12 pound ferocious house tigers nails clipped in record breaking time that even my vet and his tech together, couldn't pull off.. I'm speachless. In my research I didn't come across too many cat groomers, so knowing I had a special needs for both my cats (one for aggression and the other for his heart condition) seeing that Emily was "Cat certified" made me schedule th appointment. Her service made me a life long customer.. thank you!!read more

Quick story so I have a dog that I do not like to bring to groomers because she does not play well... with other animals. Her nails were getting really long and me and my wife were struggling to cut them on our home. Through doing some research we found these guys and that was the best thing that could happen! At first I was still a little skeptical about how these mobile companies were and decided if we were going to do it then lets do the best of the best so that's how we found them.
It started with calling in to hear a little about the company and the customer service is outstanding. It was incredible how helpful and understanding they were to my situation. There was no stress put on the dog no muzzle (being she is a pit they usually do), fighting with her, nothing it was all very professional. The owners/employees of the company are definitely people who care about the animals and are not just a big operation that is collecting your money and just simply not caring. I would NEVER take my dog to another company to get groomed they do a top notch job and make it really stress free for her. The company is big enough to serve but small enough to care and definitely puts there all into it. This is what they do everyday not a part time thing which is also amazing.
In my situation my dog does not need haircuts just cleaning and nails but the smallest package offers all 3 so I just pay it and don't get the haircut because of how awesome the service is... Even though it costs much more then going to a vet and getting nails and cleaning or wherever.... the service speaks for itself and you definitely can see that. They make sure your dog is treated like there own and make sure it is a stress free experience.
My dog hates getting her nails clipped and let Emily do it with ease she got off the truck so happy and had no issues!
Company is very easy to deal with and amazing people
I booked again as soon as my dog got off the truck and couldn't be happier,
