  • Does the deposit come off the total price?

  • How long does it take?

    Typically anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes! All depending on your pets condition, behavior, and overall health.

  • Why do you charge more than my previous shop?

    Between our highly skilled staff with years of experience, state of the art trucks, outstanding customer service, and constantly rising inflation; we strive to provide the highest quality of service humanly possible. We are a luxury business, and strive to provide the best!

  • What is the service charge listed on your pricing page?

    To help combat the rising costs of supplies, insurance, maintenance, and all other factors that go into running a successful luxury business, a service charge is necessary in order to maintain the level of service you expect from us!

  • What is special handling?

    In order to safely groom any pet that must wear a muzzle, shows any signs of aggression or anxiety, can’t stand on their own for more than 10 minutes, or a history of any health concerns, a special handling charge will apply. We want to make sure we have the necessary resources and time dedicated to your appointment to ensure you and your pet have the safest and most positive experience with us!

  • What are your hours?

    Our office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday


    Appointment hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday


    8 AM to 5 PM on Sundays

  • What areas do you service?

    We service Elmont to Coram, as well as the Hamptons. See our pricing page for Hamptons pricing, and out of area fees.

  • Do you do big dogs?

    Of course we do! See our pricing page for details

  • Can I stay and watch?

    Because we work with animals, unfortunately we would love to have you watch us, but pets can become very excited when seeing their owners that they can run the risk of being injured. Groomers use many sharp tools whilst styling and pets that move around on the grooming table are at a higher risk of being wrongly cut. “DO NOT” be offended if your groomer informs you that you or your children can not be in the van or standing outside the window. It is only done for the safety of your beloved pet.

  • Do you do anal glands?

    We do this for an additional charge. Please see our pricing page for details!

  • Do you cut their nails?

    Yes,  nail trimming and buffing is included in our premium package!

  • Do you brush their teeth?

    Yes, teeth brushing is included in our premium package!

  • Do you clean their ears?

    Yes, ear cleaning is included in our premium package!

  • Do you need water or electric?

    Nope! Our state of the art trucks comes with 50 gallons of water as well as ample power!

  • Can you park in my driveway?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to park in driveways. We ask that you ensure there is adequate parking for our vans when we arrive. If you have any concerns on parking, please let our office team or your groomer know as soon as possible.

  • Can I tip my groomer?

    Absolutely! You can conveniently add gratuity when paying with a credit card. Tip is typically preferred in cash or Venmo!

  • Do you offer discounts for booking multiple appointments?

    Currently, we do not offer discounts for booking multiple appointments. If this is something we look to do in the future, we will absolutely let you know.

  • Do you offer discounts for booking multiple or dogs?

  • Do you do aggressive dogs?

    Yes, special handling charges will apply. Please inform our office staff when booking to ensure we have adequate time and resources available for your appointment. Safety is our number one concern.

  • Do you have heat or air conditioning?

    Yes, we have both!

  • Why is no one answering my calls?

    Our office staff is constantly working and answering phone calls. If your call is going unanswered, it is because we are currently assisting other clients. The easiest way to contact us is by texting 516-797-3647 (DOGS)

  • Why is nobody answering me past 5 PM?

    Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Any messages after 5 PM will be answered on our next business day. Any messages after 5 PM on Friday will be answered 8 AM the following Monday.
