Does Mobile Grooming Cost More?

YES. We are not a mobile version of the local discount pet store. Our service involves experienced professional service, quality products, personalized attention and gentle, loving care. Mobile grooming is not for everyone; only you can decide if the care, quality and attention are worth the price.

Can I Request My Groomer?

Yes! Our team loves to be requested, however we recommend that you rebook with your favorite groomer after your appointment so you can remain on their schedule, otherwise when you call there will be longer wait times due to the conflict of availability.

Do You Need To Use My Power Or Water?

No. Our state-of-the-art truck is self contained and has ample power and a 50 gallon supply of heated water. We are equipped to perform all services a salon can offer. 

Is There A Weight Or Size Limit?

No. We don’t have any weight or size limitations, however, any dog over 99 lbs will incur a mandatory surcharge that will be determined at time of booking.

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Android Pay as well as Cash. We only get paid when the job is completed.

How Long Will It Take?

Every pet is different, but it can take anywhere from 30 minutes, to up to 2 hours. Your pet is shampooed twice in our 100% natural shampoo. Then, we hand dry rather than cage dry. This process takes longer, but it is part of our personal hands-on care. We take our time and pride ourselves on giving your pet our undivided attention.

Can We Watch?

We would love to have you watch us, but pets can become very excited when seeing their owners that they can run the risk of being injured. Groomers use many sharp tools whilst styling and pets that move around on the grooming table are at a higher risk of being wrongly cut. “DO NOT” be offended if your groomer informs you that you or your children can not be in the van or standing outside the window. It is only done for the safety of your beloved pet.

Arrival Time?

We believe communication is the key to a successful relationship. You will receive a confirmation text as well as e-mail after you book your appointment. We will remind you the night before as well. We also call on the way! We operate on appointment basis, We try our best to be as close as possible to the appointment time. But please allow us +/- 30 minutes due to the fact that pets aren’t always cooperative! We appreciate your understanding! 

What If My Dog Is Matted?

Unfortunately, pets do get matted from a lack of brushing. If this is the case, there is a MINIMUM charge of $25 added to the bill. Depending on the mats, your pet might have to be shaved using a special blade. This process is tricky and requires more time and care. If you’d like to purchase one of our combs please ask us when we come!

What is Special Handling?

Special handling is a term referred to when grooming a pet that needs special care, may be severely matted, has an extremely impacted undercoat or just requires extra time due to using a different drying method. These pets may require a groomers assistant therefore, a $25 or $50 fee will apply to these situations.

Gratuities?

Clients can show their appreciation for the loving care your pet receives as well as the service you received from start to finish by adding a gratuity after the service is completed. Gratuities are in no way required, but are definitely appreciated. Gratuities can be conveniently added to all credit card transactions or given in cash.

Our Promise?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know! If you notice you want something touched up just let us know when we return your pet. We will be more than happy to tweak anything you’d like. After the groomer has left the premises, any return visit will be charged as a new appointment.
